At Synwolf, our primary focus is on providing design, branding, website development, and marketing services. As such, we do not engage in physical product shipping or delivery.
For clients engaging our services, the delivery of project milestones, design drafts, marketing strategies, and other deliverables will be communicated through digital means, such as email, secure client portals, or other agreed-upon methods.
Any physical materials, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and the delivery arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon with the client. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
